![]() ![]() It's a library that overrides the standard memory manipulation function (e.g., malloc) and instantly makes the program crash when an out of memory error is produced, rather than corrupting the heap. ![]() One of my favorite tools when writing C has always been Electric Fence (and DUMA more recently). ![]() Those commands cover 99% of my use case with a debugger when writing C, so once I lost my old gdb habits, I was good to go.
